We have a number of services available to Student Landlords and investors in University accommodation in Liverpool. Our services include:
  • Tenant Finding services
    We can market your property and find the right tenants for you. We will advertise your property on our website, Rightmove, Zoopla, local media and our Twitter and Facebook feeds. We also keep a comprehensive database of tenants looking for accommodation so we can proactively match properties to waiting customers. Once we have found your tenants and they have passed our comprehensive referencing, the tenants' deposit will be lodged with the DPS and all parties will be given written confirmation of this. As part of this service we can also arrange for an EPC, gas safety certificate and an video inventory to be provided for an additional fee.

    Once the tenant is moved in, we send all the relevant paperwork to the landlord to enable you to manage the property and tenants yourself.
  • Bespoke Full Management Package
    We will market your property as per our tenant finder scheme and any interested tenants will be credit checked and referenced. Deposits will be registered with the DPS. Meter readings will be taken and utility accounts changed. A copy of the pre-move in inspection report or video inventory will be sent to the tenants within 2 weeks of them moving in and we will ask for confirmation of their agreement.

    During the tenancy, we will make periodical inspections to ensure your property is being looked after and will ensure you are kept updated of any required maintenance or repairs.

    At the end of the tenancy, the inventory will be checked and utility companies contacted to ensure the tenants are not in arrears. Once we have clarified these points, we will then be able to release the deposit back to the tenants minus any charges for repairs or utilities.

    We have several management packages available depending on your needs and our services give a whole host of options including Rent Guarantee, Tenant Evict Legal Insurance and access to our 24 hour helpline seven days a week.
